Shlomi Kariv
Managing Director & Founder
A seasoned insurance professional, Shlomi Kariv brings over 35 years of experience to his role as Managing Director of All Seasons. His career has spanned the globe, from Tel Aviv to London, and encompassed diverse areas of expertise including claims management, travel and health insurance, broking, and underwriting.
Shlomi has consistently demonstrated his leadership abilities in senior roles at established companies like Mercury International Assistance and Claims Services and Leumit Care, where he managed multi-million dollar reinsurance programs. Shlomi possesses a deep understanding of reinsurance and retrocession markets, with a proven track record in structuring innovative programs. He is adept at developing alternative risk transfer solutions that address the unique needs of each client. His approach prioritizes a balance between the needs of clients and (re)insurers’, achieved through meticulous data analysis and a commitment to finding constructive solutions.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Shlomi founded All Seasons in 2008 to provide bespoke insurance and reinsurance solutions to clients across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His deep industry knowledge, combined with a strong network of international contacts, has been instrumental in establishing the company’s presence in these key markets.
Paola Dell’Olio
Director of Marine and Special Risks & Business Development
Paola Dell’Olio is a highly accomplished insurance professional with a proven track record in the Lloyd’s market. She brings to All Seasons extensive experience in producing and placing both direct and reinsurance business across a diverse portfolio, including marine, energy, aviation, credit, political risk, and terrorism.
Paola’s career trajectory showcases a consistent commitment to client service and business development. She honed her skills at Lloyd’s brokers like Special Risks Insurance Brokers and Lime Street Insurance Brokers, where she not only managed her own book of business but also proactively developed innovative products and facilities to meet evolving client needs.
Fluent in English, Greek, and Italian, Paola is a skilled communicator and negotiator, adept at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across international borders. Her legal background provides a solid foundation for her analytical and problem-solving approach to insurance. This unique blend of expertise makes Paola an invaluable asset to All Seasons and its clients.
Valerio Rosi
Director – Operations and Finance
Valerio Rosi is a results-driven leader who brings a strong blend of operational expertise and strategic vision to All Seasons. He plays a vital role in optimizing the company’s performance and driving its growth strategy. His responsibilities span operational oversight, financial management, risk management, and strategic planning, reflecting his multifaceted skillset and impact across the organization.
Valerio’s career has been marked by a consistent focus on efficiency and effectiveness. He has honed his abilities in operational leadership, financial management, and performance management through a combination of practical experience in progressively senior roles at All Seasons and Special Risks Insurance Brokers, and by actively pursuing continuous learning. His experience in streamlining workflows, implementing financial systems, and fostering a high-performance culture has been instrumental in maximizing productivity and profitability.
Beyond his operational expertise, Valerio possesses a strong understanding of the international insurance and reinsurance market. As a CII qualified Broker, he brings valuable expertise in placing complex risks and managing client relationships across multiple regions.
